Title of the thesis:Research nickel powder material with alloying additions Mo and P
Summary:One of the groups creating methods are hot spraying of coatings. The most frequent filler metal whether in powder. Development of metallic fillers based NiCrSiB is stable and it is therefore appropriate to upgrade this additional material. The aim of the PhD thesis research of metal fillers in powder form based on Ni alloying additions with P and Mo and then compare it with the reference metallic additive material. Studied the physical, chemical and technological properties of the powder. Application method was compared with two-phase thermal spraying technology using oxy acetylene torch remelting and remelting by laser. The injections are done metallographic analysis, which examined the structure and porosity injections. Finally, the test was done by abrasive wear resistance.
