Keywords: danger, hazard, threat, labour safety Despite of the decreasing tendency in occurance of work-related injury, recorded in Slovakia during the last years, the sector of building industry belongs to the most dangerous in the upper mentioned terms. For this reason I have decided to concern myself, in this thesis, with the evaluation and examination of the safety measures taken into account with the reconstruction of the office-operational building, which creates a self-standing building object of the Train station Trnava, with the aim of stating the possible dangers of particular professions and activities, and consequently to propose the adequate measures, so the stated and examined risks might be minimized, or eliminated, to achieve the solutions which will secure the safety and protection of health in work, and will help to avoid the possible risks of life, health, environment and property endangering situations.
