Title of the thesis:Radiation protection in the processing of high-level chrompik vitrification in JAVYS, a.s.
Summary:The graduation theses deals with radiation protection in the technological process of processing coolant spent nuclear fuel from the JE A1 - chrompik with high radioactivity. The first part deals with the description of the technological process of processing chrompik, radiation protection and control. The second part is devoted to the emergence of abnormal condition during operation of the line and an estimate of possible dosage load on support staff. It describes the technology processing lines, radiation monitoring devices and defines the current state of vitrification facility. In the third part the thesis seeking and proposing solutions associated with improving the quality of radiation protection in order to ensure rapid response to any adverse events and reduce the impact on human health and the environment.
