Summary:LEDNICKÝ, Milan: A pump station control system design with the CU230P-2 control unit using the Profinet interface. [Graduate theses]-Slovak University of Technology in Bratislava. Faculty of Materials Science and Technology in Trnava; Institute of Applied Informatics, Automation and Mechatronics.- Advisor: doc. Ing. German Michaľčonok, CSc.- Trnava: MTF STU, 2018, 85p. The objective of the work is to design a pump station control system with the CU230P-2 control unit using the Profinet interface. The primary objective is to create a suitable station algorithm that takes into account the requirements of the station in operation. The secondary objective is to create a theoretical basis for the practical use of this unit for similar applicationsAfter mapping the available competitive solutions, the control system was gradually designed.The system was implemented and tested in the conditions of the school laboratory and the home environment of the family house. The proposed control system was fully operational, fully feasible, the project also includes places for future preparation and expansion by acyclical access to frequency converter parameters, or extension for connection to a smart home. Our designed control system will be used as an example in the subject of Designing Control Systems at the Faculty of Materials Science and Technology at STU.
