|Predictive control of a laboratory air-conditioning system|
|The Aim of this thesis is to design a real time control algorithm controlling the inside temperature and humidity of a laboratory air-conditioning system, developed in MATLAB-Simulink software environment, with considering constraints on control variables. At first the work describes the laboratory system and explains its design and function. The control program is based on a generalized predictive controller with online model identification and quadratic minimization. The algorithm is implemented on an xPC Target platform, where it is executed in real time. The functionality of the developed control program is experimentally verified.|
