Summary:UJHELYOVÁ Adriana: Proposals for innovation of the employee benefits system in EVPÚ - ZVS, Inc. [Bachelor thesis] -- Slovak University of Technology in Bratislava. Faculty of Materials Science and Technology in Trnava; Institute of Industrial Engineering, Management and Quality. -- Supervisor: PhDr. Emília Mironovová - Trnava: MTF STU, 2013. Increasingly numbers of companies try to make their market position more attractive and that is the reason why they contrive various benefits for their personnel which are part of beneficial system. This kind of remuneration is more and more attractive for people because they obtain add value to their common salary what motivates them to work. The aim of my thesis is analyse of system of employee benefits, their role and asset in EVPÚ -- ZVS, a. s. enterprise. From the research of time status of company, which was made by questionnaire, I found out that employees do not obtain nearly any non-financial benefits; their motivation for work is insufficient. However, satisfied and motivated worker is important factor in the performance of enterprises operations. In pursuance of results of the survey, I suggest innovation of system of employee benefits which was partly applied by company and which can help to company to better performance and to personnel to higher satisfaction with work and with their employer.
