Title of the thesis:
The Port Mall - Lamačská brána, Bratislava
The project deals with some parts of building and technological preparation. This preparation helps to realize challenging parts of the project realization and to focus on solid solutions of these parts. The outcome of a quality preparation is a realization within an agreed schedule, with expected financial return and with a quality that exceeds customers' expectations. I have worked out the following to reach the goals: - a technical report of the building site equipment - a situation of site devices for earth works and heavy construction site manifacturing - a time shedule of the building processes including histogram of workers - a methodology of continual concreting of a foundation sceleton The technical report of the building site equipment and construction drawings depict parts of construction equipment and its location, the way of process realization and employed mechanisms. The time schedule of construction describes a construction method and a process design. It helps to control a course of realization. In case of delay, the time schedule provides overview of consequences and points out possible complications in advance. The use of the MS PROJECT allows quick update of the time schedule and creating of numerous schedule options in a short time. The proposed methodology of continual concreting is a suitable tool for a site preparation manager. Based on the methodology, he and a construction manager can plan the realization process in detail. The outcome of a planning is as follows: - a time schedule - a process of realization - a specification of suitable mechanisms - properties specification of a fresh concrete - a number of a hired staff - limits specification of environment and surroundings - a price calculation The submitted diploma thesis deals with the large-scale multifunctional Port Mall center in terms of the site equipment, resource needs, time schedule and the process design methodology of continual concreting of a foundation slab.
