Possibilities of increasing driving security in vehicles by their autonomy
This bachelor thesis describes driver assistance systems supporting autonomous ride. The aim of the replacement of a driver in certain traffic situations is to improve road safety. The first chapter of this thesis focuses on division of safety motor vehicles and also driver assistance systems. The main part describes scanning equipment and individual assistance systems which contribute to the autonomy of the vehicles. The end of this thesis deals with the analysis of current concepts of autonomous vehicles and it also represents a design of safety features of the vehicle capable of autonomous driving.
