|Title of the thesis:||Study of solidification structure transformation of high speed steel during heat treatment|
|Summary:||Bošeľa Marek: : Study of solidification structure transformation of high speed steel during heat treatment. Graduate thesis. Slovak Technical University in Bratislava. Faculty of Materials Science and Technology in Trnava. Department of Foundry. Supervisor of thesis : prof. Ing. Alexander Čaus, DrSc. Consultant: Ing. Michal Boháčik The thesis is focuses on the study of solidification structure transformation of high-speed steels under heat treatment. In the introduction of this work are generally described the characteristics of high-speed steels, their chemistry, the main alloying elements, and finally the distribution of high-speed steels and their mechanical properties. The second chapter is devoted to a heat treatment of high-speed steels, which determines their final structure and ways of utilization in practice. The aim was to examine the microstructure of high-speed steels and to evaluate changes after heat treatment.|
