Title of the thesis:Bratislava locality "Pasienky"
Summary:The project deals with former Dimitrovka zone in Bratislava. Story follows the green axis of the city, which goes from the center (Námestie slobody) and ends at Zlaté piesky, while being part of the territory Bajkalská -- Mierová kolónia. Said green compositional axis defined by existing dominant in space. They are mainly old factory chimneys Závod mieru and today's ZSE. The main green line then feeds the smaller existing and new centers of public spaces. These have varied character: transport, commercial, sports-recreational and cultural. The emphasis is on existing buildings and roads too. The economics is thus also primarily important as the idea of the project. Finally, it is important to link Trnávka, Nové mesto, Ružinov a Rača through the transformed area. The biggest problem areas, resulting from the SWOT analysis, the railway is placed on natural vale dividing the territory in two. I therefore propose to place the main transport hub in Hungary towards the platforms, thereby functionally and optically combining the different parts of the zone. Space underneath can be used for static traffic for local residents, but can also serve as city support parking. A characteristic of the zone is a potential sports-recreational character. Not only the retention of existing, but also design new sports activities for everyone, not just locals, is almost inevitable. All-day use of these indoor and outdoor sports is ensured by the functional diversity of the territory. In morning hours they are available to schools in their vicinity, in the afternoon for the home and visitors of the lake. Picking up all important potentials of the area is evident in the search for optimal solutions.
Key words:spot-recreation zone Kuchajda, eastern development of Bratislava, revitalization of industrial areas, railway viaduct
