Title of the thesis:Nonlinear control of AC drives for energy-beam CNC cutting machines
Summary:The work contains an overiew of the state-of-the-art in the field of non-linear control of servodrives with induction motors. It comprises analysis and synthesis of a non-linear control algorithm of speed and flux control of induction motor intended for applications in motion control systems of energy-beam CNC cutting machines. The control algorithm is designed using input-output linearization method. The information about machine state vector is acquired from a full-order nonlinear Luenberger observer. Properties of the system are verified by a series of simulation experiments. The results confirm that the proposed approach allows to meet requirements and limitations following from applied cutting technology.
