Title of the thesis:Digital servosystem with dc motor
Summary:The subject of this diploma thesis deals about design of digital servosystem with dc motor. The system will be used in pedagogical process to help understand principles of motor motor control. It is designed for use on exercises of subjects Akčné členy and Servosystémy. Design is based on realization of actuator with IGBT modules and drivers from Mitsubishi electric, controller design, program design and connection of individual systems. Motor control based on PWM method is robust control method. We are able to control the average value of the voltage on the motor and its orientation, which results in control of speed and direction of turns. The duty cycle of PWM is changing, due to calculated controller output. We used pole-placement method to design controller. This method allows us to control the placement of poles of closed loop system. Evaluation of the results was based on simulations in MATLAB Simulink environment. Simulation was based on mathematical model of dc motor with PI controller of the speed. Calculated controller parameters confirmed by the simulation were used in the real systems controller.
