Title of the thesis:
|Obytný súbor Pod vŕškami|
|The main subject of my final thesis for my engineering studies is to find a solution for selected areas of constructional-technical preparation for a residential block Pod vŕškami block A with a functioning infrastructure of the sub-sector H2 in the area of Krče in Záhorská Bystrica. The residential block Pod vŕškami block A consists of 4 low-floor residential houses named A1, A2, A3, A4 which have altogether 66 residential units. The basic element of this urban conception is the residential block created by four corner objects in the ground shape of letter "L". In the inner block spaces between the buildings there are some semi-public spaces for the residents with a gardening possibility. Each residential block with four residential houses has a common basement used mainly for underground parking. Around the basement there is a field area proposed for gardens along the outer sides of the residential houses. The field area is surrounded with buttress walls around the block. From the architectural aspect the residential blocks are characterized as three-storey buildings with a declined third floor. The objects A1 to A4 are joined with an underground floor created for parking lots, chambers and technical and operating rooms. The entrance to the residential houses staircase is proposed from the side of the inner block spaces. The ground floor of A1, A2, A3, A4 consists of 6 flats, the second floor consists of 7 flats and the third floor consists of 3 floors with larger floor areas. The vertical bearing walls of the overground objects are created by a combination of ceramic bricks and ferroconcrete piles. The developed constructional-technical preparation can help the builder use the space, time and money much more effectively. The solved areas of constructional-technical preparation in my thesis are: - Technical report of construction site equipments - Drawings of construction site equipments for stages HSV and PSV - Time schedule for construction as a whole - Technical regulation: Standardized instructions for building maintenance|
