The aim of this work is design and simulation of robotic welding cells . The simulation was created using Process Simulate software . This welding cell shows the work of two robots and humans. The task was to design pathways, locations and positions of the robots. This design took account of factors that affect the efficiency of the production process, also the collision positions of the robots , servo motors and robot joints while handling welded sheets. We checked the smooth operation of the welding robot cell by simulation.
