Title of the thesis:Design of robotized workplace in RobotStudio for the selected company
Summary:The objective of the work is by using a program from the company ABB RobotStudio, simulate virtual workplace, according to a real entry, which we have received. The theoretical part is devoted to an introduction to the technology of welding and spot resistance welding. Further, the work dedicated to the creation of a workstation in the RobotStudio, the introduction of the Robot Controller, the formation mechanism of the tool, creating points, in which it is necessary to properly configure robot for later creation of the trajectory. After you create the trajectory are programming other things such as creating links and connections between them, as well as the adjustment of the programming code Rapid. In the work is explained the whole procedure from the beginning the design of the workplace to simulated of welding process. At the conclusion of the entire content of the robotized workplace is summarized for spot welding, there are more defined all the elements of the our workplace.
