|Summary:||Facility management is a method of support services management in organizations in order to enable the workers perform their best. Application of facility management tools at any stage of the life cycle of building structure can achieve the desired results, which most often reduce costs, increase comfort, but also extend the life span of building's structural components and technology. Our work addresses the analysis and evaluation of structural and technical and solutions as well as space planning within the NES Ltd. headquarters building and also the analysis and evaluation of facility management in this company from the viewpoint of application of the facility management principles and tools of in both the preparatory and the operational phases,of the building's life cycle. Our research and analysis result to change proposals in order to to improve the functioning of the facility management system and highlight the positive impact of facility management principles involvement within the company processes.|
