Title of the thesis:Design the quadrocopter for sensing the enviroment and transmit the data to the PC in real time
Summary:This dissertation work deals with the digitalization of the path (position) of a quadrocopter by means of a GPS module, The transfer of measured data into a PC by Bluetooth or Xbee module and the graphical tracking of motion by means of a camera mounted on the quadrocopter. The quadrocopter used in this work belongs to the hobby category of quadrocopters, weighing 500grams. The quadrocopter was made of light materials (aluminum and carbon based parts). In this work, basic robot navigation is described as well as examples of common uses for flying robots. The primary aim of the work is the design of the hardware for measuring the coordinates (position) of the quadrocopter in flight by means of a GPS module, transfer of the measured data into a PC and displaying the flight path of the quadrocopter. The work also describes the function of the software, individual parts of the hardware and their parameters. In the conclusions, the digitalized control signal THRO, ELEV, RUDD and AILE from the RC are described as well as the realization of automated landing.
