| Abstrakt: | The topic of the final work was to develop a residence with a consulate for the ambassador of an unspecified country, serving to verify practical and theoretical knowledge at two levels. The level of architecture has been demonstrated in the project documentation for land-use planning and the building project level with documentation for the building permit. Location of designed building is in the city of Bratislava on Jancova Street. Responding to the function of the object and the analysis of the client’s needs, I decided to approach the embassy more comprehensively, as a sustainable set of objects in the case of any change in a living culture. In the concept of this building, I was influenced by the principle of metabolism in architecture in the 60´s and inspired by the growth of the building, only then the object can follow the current trends in architecture and housing at a higher standard. In addition, the building was adapted to the environment in a way it would not be disturbing but it would contribute to the surroundings and preserve the original atmosphere of the place.
