Annotation: Témou dizertačnej práce je návrh hybridných systémov biokatalytická reakcia - on -line separácia produktov (prírodné arómy) z fermentačného média. Pomocou vlastných matematických modelov (overených experimentálne) a simulačného programu ASPEN navrhnúť optimálny hybridný systém a následné separačné kroky na získanie cieľového produktu v požadovanej kvalite
Annotation in English: The aim of PhD thesis is design of hybrid systems biocatalytic reaction - on-line separation of products (natural aromas) from fermentation broth. Using own mathematical models (verified by experiments) and simulation program ASPEN propose optimal hybrid system and following separation steps to obtain desired product.
