Summary: Cieľom praktickej práce bude popísať vplyv vysokých teplôt na schopnosť mikroorganizmov, predovšetkým druhu Staphylococcus aureus a Escherichia coli prežívať pri nich a na základe toho definovať ich D- a z-hodnoty.
