Summary: - Prehľad aktuálnych poznatkov z odbornej literatúry zameranej na separáciu enantiomérov aminokyselín a použitia MIP ako chirálnych stacionárnych fáz - Príprava polymérnych materiálov pre vybrané látky zo skupiny aminokyselín. - Testovanie vlastností pripravených sorbentov z hľadiska sorpčnej kapacity, selektivity a kinetiky sorpcia a desorpcie. - Využitie pripravených sorbentov ako chirálnych stacionárnych fáz pre HPLC separáciu enantiomérov vybraných látok.
