Summary: Cieľom projektu je výber vhodných extrakčných podmienok SBSE (objem vzorky, intenzita miešania, vplyv prídavku rôznych modifikátorov, parametre miešadla a pod.) pre následnú charakterizáciu organických zlúčenín v tokajských výberových vínach pomocou plynovej chromatografie.
