Summary: Cieľom projektu je výber vhodných podmienok pre separáciu chirálnych alkoholov, karboxylových kyselín a ich esterov vo vzorkách vín pomocou GC-GC-FID-MS. V rámci optimalizácie separačných podmienok sa projekt zameria na výber vhodnej chirálnej stacionárnej fázy a teploty separácie enantiomérov.
