Summary: Cieľom projektu je výber vhodných podmienok extrakcie kvapalina-kvapalina (výber organického rozpúšťadla, objem organického rozpúšťadla a vzorky, fázový pomer, prešetrenie vplyvu prídavku rôznych modifikátorov a pod.) pre následnú identifikáciu organických zlúčenín v tokajských vínach pomocou komprehensívnej plynovej chromatografie.
