Summary: Cieľom projektu je monitorovanie prchavých organických zlúčenín v jednotlivých štádiách výroby tokajských vín (v hrozne, mušte a finálnom produkte - víne). Praktická štúdia sa bude realizovať na odrode hrozna Muškát žltý používaného na výrobu tokajských vín.
