Summary: Kvalita mäsa ako aj kvalita tuku Mangalíc je výrazne ovplyvnená krmivom. Sledovať zmeny obsahu jednotlivých mastných kyselin v časovej závislosti od prídavku vybraných surovín v krmive bude predmetom štúdia v predkladanej práci.
