Summary: Práca je zameraná na identifikáciu a charakterizáciu koliformných baktérií a enterokokov rezistentných voči antibiotikám izolovaných z rôznych druhov smoothie. U rezistentov je sledovaná miera multirezistencie, schopnosti tvorit biofilm, nadprodukcia efluxných púmp a prítomnosť vybraných génov rezsitencie.
