Summary: Diplomová práca je zameraná na prípravu fermentovaných nápojov na báze mrlíka čilského. V priebehu fermentačného procesu a počas skladovania budú analyzované vybrané chemické parametre a vykoná sa mikrobiologický rozbor a senzorické hodnotenie finálnych výrobkov.
