Summary: Práca je zameraná na prípravu cereálnych výrobkov obsahujúcich rôzny podiel lupinovej múky. Samostatná časť práce bude venovaná sledovaniu vplyvu prídavku lupinovej múky na reologické parametre pšeničného cesta a kvalitu finálnych výrobkov.
