Summary: Cieľom bakalárskeho projektu je návrh separácie kyseliny mliečnej produkovanej fermentačným spôsobom. Pri jej separácii z kultivačného média je možné zvyčajne aplikovať zrážanie, destiláciu, extrakciu, adsorpciu a membránové procesy.
