Summary: Práca sa zaoberá produkciou aromatických amínov (tyramínu, 2-fenyletylaménu) pomocou vybraných kmeňov Enterococcus faecium a ich následnou deamináciou na kyselinu 4-hydroxyfenyl octovú a fenyl octovú pomocou Geotrichum candidum. Metabolity budú sledované pomocou HPLC-UV.
