Summary: Teoreticko-experimentálna práca. Bude otestovaný vplyv rôzneho prídavku rakytníkového oleja, prípadne výliskov z neho do mlieka na rast a životaschopnosť Lactobacillus acidophilus a jogurtovej kultúry počas fermentácie a nasledne aj počas skladovania fermentovaného mlieka.
