Summary: Študent sa zameria na izoláciu rezistentných baktérií z vôd určených na pitné účely. Po získaní izolátov stanoví profil rezistencie resp. citlivosti na vybrané antimikobiálne zlúčeniny a bude sa pomocou fenotypových metód snažiť určiť mechnizmus rezistencie jednotlivých izolátov.
