Summary: Navrhovaná bakalárska práca má charakter rešerše ako aj experimentálnej práce. Primárnym cieľom je oboznámiť sa so zložením rastlinných olejov a následne sa špecifikujú fyzikálno-chemické procesy vhodné na úpravu olejov v smere využitia ich komponentov v praxi.
