Summary: Cieľom práce bude uviesť rôzne metódy stanovenia nenasýtenosti olejov a tukov z dôrazom na jódové číslo. Medzi najrozšírenejšie metódy stanovenie celkovej nenasýtenosti tukov a olejov patrí jódové číslo, tzv. Hanušova metóda, ktorá sa stále používa v podobe navrhovanej pred 120 rokmi. Cieľom práce bude aj experimentálne určiť celkovú nenasýtenosť vybraných tukov a olejov.
