Summary: Cieľom bakalárskej práce bude charakterizácia škrobového sirupu, jeho výroby a použitia v potravinách a nápojoch. Súčasťou práce bude tiež uskutočnenie prieskumu trhu zameraného na výskyt týchto sirupov v potravinách.
