Summary: Študent sa zoznámi so situáciou reziztentných stafylokokov na Slovensku,zameria sa na izoláciu Staphylococcus sp. z rôzneho prostredia (verejné priestranstvá, budovy, klinické prostredie...) Úlohou študenta bude overiť citlivosti vybraných izolátov na antibiotiká,určiť niektoré faktory patogenity. Študent sa naučí používať základné mikrobiologické metódy ako aj základné techniky molekulovej biológie.
