Summary: Škoricový olej predstavuje prirodzený zdroj antimikrobiálne aktívnych látok, medzi ktorými dominuje kyselina škoricová a jej aldehyd. Esenciálny olej sa podrobí antimikrobiálnej analýze a analýze základných chemických vlastností.
