Summary: Výlisky hrozien vznikajúce pri výrobe vína predstavujú stále významný zdroj flavonoidov a antokynindínov. Tie disponujú vysokou antioxidačnou aktivitou brzdiacou propagáciu vysoko reaktívnych voľných radikálov vznikajúcich aj na koži po krátkodobom vplyve UV žiarenia. Tieto látky majú rozsiahle využite v potravinárstve, medicíne a kozmetickom priemysle.
