Summary: Diplomová práca sa venuje stanoveniu antioxidačnej aktivity biomasy rakytníka pomocou metód DPPH, ABTS a EPR. Biomasa rakytníka rešetliakového je bohatým zdrojom antioxidačne účinných látok, medzi ktoré patria najmä polyfenoly.
