Summary: Vypracovať literárnu rešerš venujúcu sa katalytickej oxidácii arylovej skupiny na karboxylovú kyselinu na štruktúrne príbuzných substrátoch. Príprava opticky čistých 5-aryl-3-aminolaktónov s využitím metódy CIAT. Štúdium ruténium katalyzovanej oxidácie aromatického jadra opticky čistých 5-aryl-3-aminolaktónov. Formálna syntéza Hemerocallisamínu I. Charakterizácia pripravených produktov štandardnými fyzikálno-chemickými metódami.
