Summary: Bakalárska práca bude zameraná na aplikáciu PDMS sorbentov v rôznych extrakčných metódach na analýzu prchavých organických zlúčenin vo vzorkach vín. Osobitná pozornosť sa bude venovať najmä hľadaniu vhodných pracovných podmienok (napr. čas extrakcie, množstvo sorbentu, prídavok modifikátora) a možnosti kombinovania niekoľkých extrakčných techník na zlepšenie efektivity analýzy.
