Summary: The idea of the city-planning and architectural study is the design of 100 m high tower building with several-floor parterre situated on so far undeveloped area south of the western vestibule of Nové Butovice Metro station. The parterre of the tower building would be directly interconnected with the entrance vestibule of the Metro station and already functioning very nicely designed pedestrian zone, which through Sluneční náměstí (the Sunny Square) interconnects the two above-mentioned Metro stations. Here, in the eastern part of this pedestrian zone, the implementation of the development project would lay foundations of the “art” pedestrian boulevard. The content of the diploma work shall be worked out in accordance with requirements for the documentation of the architectural study. The relevant scale to be used:1:200, 1:100, 1:50, 1:20. The graphic part of the diploma work shall consist of: - the basic concept and philosophy of the architectural design, development drawings, functional-operational schemes, detailed specification of the relationship between the designed object and the planning documentation, the principles for the connections of the object with the traffic infrastructure, the solution for the construction (scheme); architectural solution: situational drawings (1:500 a 1:200), all the layouts, 2 „sections“ minimum, all the perspectives, visualizations of the designed objects, the scale focused on the selected detail of the project. The inherent part of the diploma work will be the physical model (in the confirmed scale), the building report, the presentation poster 70x100cm, CD encompassing the comprehensive design documentation. The diploma work shall be submitted in two printed copies.
