Annotation: Cieľom práce je zistiť interakciu spájkovacích zliatin typu Sn-La, Sn-Ti a Sn-In s povrchom vybraných substrátov. Porovnať jednotlivé mechanizmy vzniku spoja z hľadiska pevnosti spoja, rýchlosti vzniku spoja, životnosti a pod. Téma práce súvisí s riešením projektu VEGA a APVV.
Annotation in English: The aim of work is to determine the interaction of soldering alloys type Sn-La, Sn-Ti and Sn-In with the surface of selected substrates. Individual mechanisms of joint formation, from the viewpoint of joint strength, speed of joint formation, life etc. will be compared. The topic of work is related to solution of a VEGA and APVV project.
