Annotation: Stručný obsah analytickej a návrhovej časti dizertácie: A - prvá zložka mzdy - vychádza z objektívneho vedeckého posúdenia príslušnej práce a vytvorenia vedecky zdôvodnených TKK (za rovnakú prácu na celej planéte rovnaká mzda - i v EÚ, SR - Gábor Steingart, Ivan Haluška, Peter Sakál - TUZH); B - druhá zložka mzdy - % podiel na vytvorenej pridanej hodnote vo firmách - Porter, Kramer, Sakál, Haluška, Macron, ICA Svidník, tripartita v októbri 2017; C - tretia zložka mzdy - dividendy zo zisku (majorita, minorita) - kupónová privatizácia v postsocialistických krajinách dávala zákonnú možnosť účasti zamestnancov na držaní akcii, vieme ako to dopadlo (Milan Krajniak, súčasný kandidát na prezidenta SR - Banda zlodejov) - Peter Sakál - generálny riaditeľ PVT ZAM, a.s., ktorá vznikla na sprivatizovanie PVT, a.s. . FNM SR rozhodol o priamom predaji vopred vybratému záujemcovi FININVEST, s.r.o., ktorá PVT, a.s. vytunelovala...; Ivan Haluška vo svojom Manifeste humanistickej ekonomiky v súčasnosti navrhuje postupný niekoľkogeneračný odpredaj/nákup akcii existujúcich firiem do rúk zamestnancov, čo je v dnešnej dobe podľa mňa utópia...
Annotation in English: The brief content of the analytical and design part of the dissertation: A - the first component of wages - is based on an objective scientific assessment of the work concerned and the creation of science-based TKKs (for the same work on the planet the same wage - also in the EU, Slovakia - Gábor Steingart, Ivan Haluška, Peter Sakal - TUZH); B - second wage component -% share of added value added in companies - Porter, Kramer, Sakal, Haluška, Macron, ICA Svidnik, tripartite in October 2017; C - third wage component - dividends from profit (majority, minority) - voucher privatization in post-socialist countries gave the legal right to participate in the holding of the stock, we know how it happened (Milan Krajniak, the current candidate for president of the SR - Banda of Thieves) - Peter Sakal - PVT ZAM, a. s general manager, who came to privatize PVT, a.s. .
