Annotation: Rozvoj viacliekovej rezistencie (MDR) je často príčinou zníženej citlivosti leukemických buniek na chemoterapeutiká. Najatejšie je MDR spôsobená nadexpresiou P-glykoproteínu, ktorý je efluxnou pumpou plazmatickej membrány z širokou substrátovou špecificitou. V priebehu rozvoja MDR však dochádza k výrazným zmenám v expresnom profile rôznych proteínov, čo odpovedá zmenenému fenotypu leukemických buniek. Toto sa bude študovať v predloženej téme
Annotation in English: Development of multidrug resistance represents often causality of cell sensitivity to antileukemic drugs in leukemia cells. Expression of P-glycoprotein, a drug efflux pump of plasma membrane with large substrate specificity, is most often observed molecular feature in MDR induction. However during MDR development massive changes of proteins´ expression profile take parts, which reflecting altered phenotype of leukemia cells. This issue will be study in the current theme.
