Annotation in English: Development of multidrug resistance represents often causality of cell sensitivity to antileukemic drugs in leukemia cells. Expression of P-glycoprotein, a drug efflux pump of plasma membrane with large substrate specificity, is most often observed molecular feature in MDR induction. However during MDR development massive changes of proteins´ expression profile take parts, which reflecting altered phenotype of leukemia cells. This issue will be study in the current theme.
