Annotation in English: Development of multidrug resistance is often caused by overexpression of membrane drug efflux pump - P-glycoprotein. Altered phenotype of resistant leukemia cells involved changes in expression profile of several proteins. Moreover, recent finding indicated on alteration of biological membranes´composition which could yields dissimilarities also in their permeability properties. This issue will be studied in the current theme.
