Annotation: Bežná metóda prípravy a syntézy keramických materiálov sa zakladá na princípe tuho fázovej reakcie medzi časticami pri vysokých teplotách(min. 1000 °C), čo vedie k vzniku heterogénnej mikroštruktúry pri sliňovaní. Nový spôsob využíva hydrotermálne prostredie (tlak a teploty vodnej pary) na hydratáciu cementu v prítomnosti fosfátových zlúčenín pri nízkych teplotách (do 200 °C). Špeciálna keramika, nazývaná chemicky viazaná fosfátová keramika, ktorá vzniká acidobázickou reakciou za hydrotermálnych podmienok, má potenciálne využitie v hĺbkových ropných a geotermálnych vrtoch, v životnom prostredí a v biomedicíne.
Annotation in English: The common method of preparation and synthesis of ceramic materials is based on the principle of solid state reaction between the particles at high temperature (min. 1000 ° C), what leads to the formation of heterogeneous microstructure during sintering. The new method uses hydrothermal environment (temperature and pressure steam) to hydrate the cement in the presence of phosphate compounds at low temperatures (200 ° C). Special ceramics, so-called chemically bonded phosphate ceramics, that is formed by acid-base reaction under hydrothermal conditions has potential application in deep oil and geothermal wells, in the environment and in biomedicine.
