Annotation: Dizertačná téma sa bude zaoberať vytvorením integrovaného metodického postupu a nástrojov, ktoré umožnia integrovať vlastnosti výrobku, jeho konštrukčne podmienenú štruktúru, postupnosť montážnych operácií ako aj sumár požiadaviek ako napríklad sériovosť, požadovaný stupeň pružnosti a automatizácie s tokom materiálu, priestorovým usporiadaním, štruktúrou času montáže, stupňom koncentrácie a iným aspektmi montážneho pracoviska. Dôležitou súčasťou riešenia bude prepojenie metodiky s aplikáciou v súčasnosti dostupných nástrojov pre projektovanie montáže, ktoré sú súčasťou viacerých CAD systémov ako je napríklad Tecnomatix. Pre viaceré čiastkové riešenia resp. experimentálne overenie sa využije montážne pracovisko v Laboratóriu montáže a predpokladá sa spolupráca s praxou. Uvedené výsledky bude možné implementovať v pedagogickej praxi.
Annotation in English: Dissertation topic will deal with creating an integrated methodology and tools for the integration of product characteristics, its construction conditional structure,assembly operations sequence, summary of requirements such as seriality, the required degree of flexibility and automation with the material flow, spatial arrangement,assembly time structure, degree of concentration and other aspects of assembly workplace. An important part of the solution will be linkage methodology with application of currently available tools for assembly planning, which are part of several CAD systems, such as Tecnomatix for example. For several partial solutions respectively. experimental verification will be use assembly workplace in the Laboratory of assembly and cooperation with practice is assumed. These results will be be implemented in the pedagogical practice.
